Chemistry, imaging physics, and quantitative methods

I work across the experimental and analytical layers of spectral CT, connecting contrast-agent chemistry with image formation and reproducible measurement.

Photon-counting CT protocol optimization

Develops and evaluates photon-counting CT acquisition protocols for quantitative imaging. Current work examines how energy thresholds and source spectral shaping affect material decomposition, image quality, and calcified-plaque imaging in phantoms.

Quantitative imaging tools

Develops custom Python-based workflows for photon-counting CT data analysis, including DICOM processing, ROI registration, basis-vector calibration, basis-map analysis, virtual monoenergetic image generation, and structured data export.
